1. General 1.1 These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when you as a customer (“you”, “customer”) place an order via www.smartnessbuyshop.se (“Website”), or contact us through other channels that refer to these terms and conditions. 1.2 By placing an order with SmartnessBuyShop (“we”, “us”, “our”), you accept the Terms and Conditions and certify that the information you provide about yourself is accurate. 1.3 To shop with us, you must be 18 years of age or have parental consent. 1.4 These Terms may be updated from time to time.
